Bowden PTFE tube clamp for BMG (clone) extruder

Bowden PTFE tube clamp for BMG (clone) extruder

thingiverse

After struggling with a PTFE tube that kept sliding up and down despite using a few makeshift clamping aids, I decided to design a clone of the BMG extruder. Since I'm using the Sapphire PRO, placing the new clamp was a breeze - it's clear this modification can be applied to any BMG clone with sufficient printer space to accommodate the added component. The clamping force is extremely strong, ensuring that the PTFE tube will not budge. To create this upgraded extruder, you'll need to print three identical parts: the base, cap, and two inserts. Good luck with your project!
