This enables you to utilize a 4mm PTFE cable paired with a 4mm to 6MM pneumatic connector attached at the base of a standard Greg's Wade Reloaded cold end. In some cases, you may need to drill out the pneumatic connector to accommodate 3mm filament passage, but the thread is actually embedded within the bowden link itself.
