Bowden Fan
thingiverse
Fans Bowden V1, Anet A8, modified to ventilate the extruder and provide flow to the layer fan. Vibrations from fans are eliminated since they're no longer clamped in the extrusion zone. We also have the advantage of preserving direct extrusion to print materials like filaflex that can't be easily printed in a bowden system. Touching the nozzle tip with fans on without doing anything else, we realize the vibrations these fans produce. I've verified this system doesn't produce fan-derived vibrations. Additional material required: M3 screws of various sizes, and 2 screws plus several M4 threads of 50 mm. Silicone tube with a 15mm diameter outside and 12mm inside. Aquarium tube is used, along with 2 blow fans 50x50x15mm 12V. video: https://youtu.be/a6lP3ueRWzg
