I was looking for a bowden extruder I could modify to fit my needs, but as usual no original files in Solidworks were available, only STL. So here is a quick creation of a good tight fit bowden extruder, with an included .sldprt file. 147 steps per mm are used in Marlin. You will need: * 5 M3 x 30mm bolts * 2 M3 square nuts * 1 608 bearing * 1 605 bearing * 1 MK8 Drive Gear for 1.75mm Filament, a 3D Printer Extruder Pulley with a 5mm shaft Item specifics include: * Drive gear dimensions: 11mm (height) x 9mm (outer diameter) * Effective diameter: 7mm * Shaft/bore size: ø5mm One Pneumatic Coupling PC4-M6 - 4mm OD PTFE Tubing - 6mm Thread is required, remove the O ring before fitting.
