Bowden extruder inductance sensor mount

I needed a custom inductance sensor mount for my Tech2c version 2 E3D V6 Bowden setup on my Prusa i3 printer. I searched for a suitable replacement and found the 'Bowden_clamp_v2.stl' file, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Instead, I decided to design my own custom mount using the 12mm diameter sensor (LJ12A3-4-Z/BX) I had on hand. I wanted to ensure that my new sensor mount would work seamlessly with my printer's setup, so I took precise measurements of the offset from the nozzle in both the X and Y directions. For Marlin firmware and my specific printer configuration, I defined the following values in Configuration.h: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER +30 #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER +8 #define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 To provide a more flexible solution for other users, I created additional STL files with different hole sizes and configurations. These included an 18mm hole size and four new STL files with 4mm holes for the clamp to extruder body connection. I also designed a fan duct for a 40mm fan as a temporary fix until my blower fan arrived. The design has undergone several iterations, with updates made on June 25th, July 8th, and July 13th to address user feedback and improve functionality. One notable update was the creation of an OpenSCAD file for the first sensor design on July 14th, allowing others to reuse and modify the design as needed. A small bug in the InductiveSensorClamp.scad file was fixed on July 16th, ensuring that the design is now fully functional.
