V2/V3: The Bowden intake is too far away, which causes the filament to bend and results in unsatisfactory print quality. To solve this issue, a new leadership has been designed that reaches as close as possible to the extruder gear. This variant is named "Grundplatte_V2". V3 features a 4mm hole for a Bowden liner, significantly reducing resistance. --- V1: I attempted to convert my Ordbot printer to use a Bowden setup. My goal was to minimize weight on the sled for improved accuracy. Unfortunately, everything didn't quite fit together as planned. Key features of this design include attachment points for a printer spring, an adjustable roller with ball bearings, a modular construction that allows for easy modification, and minimal components. As a true DIY enthusiast, I've also incorporated a cleaning mechanism into this build. A small "Putzerle" device is designed to clean the filament, utilizing a yellow household sponge cut to size. This simple solution helps prevent clogged nozzles. Required screws: * 3 x M03 x 10 * 1 x M03 x 30 * 4 x M04 x 60 (dependent on motor length) Linsenkopfschraube: * M05 x 20 Kugellager: * 16 x 5 x 5 Inspiration for this project was drawn from the following Thingiverse designs: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245677 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:937581 Overall, I'm satisfied with how this build turned out.
