Bowden Extruder for Nema 17 w. Planetary Gearbox

My delta printer build features an advanced extruder design that leverages a high-performance Nema 17 stepper motor paired with a 5.1 planetary gearbox, resulting in seamless operation and no skipping steps or grinding filament. To ensure precise movement, the extruder incorporates a MK7 hobbed gear, two robust bearings measuring 10x3x4 mm, four M3 screws for added stability, a single M4 screw, an M4 nut, an M4 bowden coupling, and a flexible 10-15mm spring. During assembly, I printed a custom washer to fit snugly onto the gearbox, providing a secure mounting point for the extruder components. This design enables effortless attachment of the extruder to aluminum extrusions or other compatible materials.
