Bowden Extruder for 3up

This is my redesign of a bowden extruder for the 3up frame. The design is still very much in development like the hotend mount. To ensure secure mounting on the 3up frame, the frame holes were adjusted accordingly and a new ptfe attachment mechanism was created that presses into this part: http://e3d-online.com/E3D-v6/Spares/Embedded-Bowden-Couplings-For-Metal-1.75mm-Filament I updated the model on January 14, 2015, with some crucial improvements after printing a preliminary design. Upon inspection, it was noticed that the hole for the bowden connector is slightly undersized and would likely fail to secure if not heated before insertion. This proved disastrous in testing when the bowden tube cracked under pressure due to excessive tension at this weak point. To fix these issues I added extra thickness to this area of the model as shown in v0.2. Hopefully, with some quality adjustments in mind tomorrow's evening print should produce better results which will allow for testing other parts in the complete assembly for proper fitment.
