Bowden adapter exclusive for the BCN3D+ printer with the BCNozzle 0,4 and 3mm diameter filament. Complete BOM: 1x PLA ST (0.2 layer) printed Bowden support. 2x ABS HQ (0.1 layer) printed Bowden coupling. Note that there's a 1/8" threat inside. 2x Pneufit straight adaptor,1/8inx6mm @ http://reprapworld.com/. 0,7 meter of PTFE tubing, 3.18inner/6outer diameter @ http://reprapworld.com/. Required fasteners (6x DIN912 M3x12, 4x DIN912 M5x16, 6x DIN934 M3 nuts, 4x DIN125 M5). UPDATE 1: after several tests, the best results were achieved with Cura. You will find the config files attached, for both PLA and ABS. See instructions for more info. UPDATE 2: New carriage design thanks to the great work of DaniSaez Remixed by me (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:428226) UPDATE 3: As ronald_kubo pointed at comments, this version is valid only for everybody who has a BCN3D+ starting with serial number 00.xxx (bought before November 2014). For those who has a BCN3D+ starting with serial number 01.xxx (bought after November 2014) use this remix. Instructions The aim for this adapter was to improve the final quality of my printings. I detected some superficial waves due to inertia vibrations. After that improvement, the waves seems to be gone (Still working...) The Bowden coupling needs to be printed in ABS with a layer height near to 0.1 because there is a 1/8 inch thread inside in order to couple the Pneufit adapter correctly. This assembly, reutilize the original BCN3D+ extruder body (cold end) with the Bowden support part provided in order to facilitate the quick change between Bowden & standard extruder in case you dislike the way it works. The best results were achieved using Cura as slicer.
