BOWDEN & DIRECT COMPATIBLE EXTRUDER SYSTEM
thingiverse
After a year of using and adapting this extruder to my needs, it has given me many joys, so I have decided to share it with anyone who may be interested. With it, you will be able to print any type of material, including elastic, without any problem. The speed at which I use it for elastic is 30mm/s, although it is recommended that you remove one of the springs and put the other one soft, so that it presses the filament as little as possible. As part of a live project, this design has been modified since its origin and currently I have eliminated some parts that were available before, so if you miss any of them, just let me know. I've simplified it to make it easy for you to decide what is or is not necessary to print, and I've created two packages in rar with everything you need for each of the two systems, which are called: * BOWDEN_SYSTEM.rar * DIRECT_SYSTEM.rar In addition to these parts, you will need some extra stuff like screws, nuts, new gears, etc. Here's the list: * PTFE tube (outer diameter 4mm / inner diameter 2mm) * M3x7mm screws (x4) * M3x5mm screw (x2) * M3x20mm screw (x2) * M3x25mm screw (x1) * M3x50mm screw (x2) * M4x40mm screw (x4) * Self-locking nuts M3 & M4 * Washers * Springs x2 (approx. 15mm) * 3mm and 4mm drills * 4x5x13mm bearing * Mk8 gear * E3Dv6 hotend * NEMA17 motor For the layer fan, I recommend one that I designed for this kit: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842195 I hope you find it interesting, and if you finally print it and don't mind, please share some photos with me. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me here and I'll respond as soon as possible.
