Bowden Cutter For No.10 Scalpel Blades
thingiverse
This jig expertly cuts Bowden tubes at perfectly perpendicular angles as desired. It's been specifically designed to be used with a No.10 scalpel blade. The carefully crafted blade gap measures 0.55mm, while my blades are 0.4mm wide, and the bowden tube guide is 4.4mm - taking into account my usual internal expansion of 0.2mm, this provides a snug fit for both the blade and the tube. A ridge under which the tip of the blade fits ensures you simply push down on the handle end of the blade. There's also a slot to securely keep the blade in place when not in use. I've uploaded the Fusion 360 file for any adaptations you might like to make.
