I needed to replace the collet that holds the tubing in on my e3d hotend. The particular heatsink is the V6-175-SINK-SCREW, which is the blue one that's threaded on the top. I couldn't find anything that fit properly and could be printed with the 0.2 nozzle I had available on my other printer, so I designed one. I used the drawings from e3d to design it and then modified the drawing to get a tight fit. Note that this collet probably won't fit the heatsinks that use a pressed in brass retaining ring. The openscad file is kinda parametric; You can adjust the tubing diameter, the hole size it fits in, the diameter of the locking tabs, and the size of the cutouts. I recommend sticking with it and printing as many as you can until you figure out what fits. The big thing to adjust is the lockdia value; the bigger that is the tighter it will squeeze, but the harder it is to fit in the hole. The openscad file also generates a matching retaining clip.
