Bowden Collet Rev 2.0
thingiverse
Here I'm sharing a E3D V6 Bowden Collet that I created due to my initial problem with the Orion Delta when I first bought it used - mine had melted and needed replacing. To print this design, you'll need to set your printer to .05 - .1 Micron resolution. ABS or PETG are good choices as they're more flexible than PLA. Printing with a brim is only necessary if adhesion issues arise; otherwise, print as is. This collet serves as a temporary solution until you can obtain the genuine article. Although it may be a tight fit for the tube initially, it should slide out smoothly once removed. First-time users might need to apply some force, which could cause it to snap. To print this design, you'll require a 0.2 Nozzle and your preferred PLA material - that's all.
