Bowden clamp
thingiverse
I picked up some budget-friendly push fittings from China, but they took an eternity to arrive. Meanwhile, I designed this uncomplicated clamp. You simply feed the tube through the top opening and then secure it using an M3 bolt and a lock nut. This accessory is specifically intended for use with the compact Bowden extruder by Tech2C due to its correct height. All you have to do is mount this in front of your Bowden extruder, and enjoy affordable, Bowden-style printing! Please be aware that I had to tidy up my print with a soldering iron because the clearance was tight, and my printer can sometimes be a bit sloppy. The hole diameter measures 4.3mm, yet it still gripped the tube with extra force. Print Settings: Printer: Makerfarm Pegasus 8 Rafts: You don't need to worry about rafts. Supports: No supports are required. Resolution: Use a resolution of .2. Infill: Choose an infill level of 20% or more. Notes: Make sure to clean the hole with a soldering iron if it doesn't fit right off your printer.
