Replace your Techzone Huxley's bowden cable with a pair of clamps, utilizing 6-R1/8 straight push-fit pneumatic connectors. Previously, I struggled with retaining my PTFE bowden cables; however, these clamps have been problem-free. They are particularly helpful for filament unloading and reloading, as the bowden tubing can be quickly disconnected. The idea originated from an Ultimaker machine. For optimal use, print at a tiny layer height, as threads may not function well with anything above 0.2 mm. While the part is still warm, manually screw in a 6-R1/8 straight connector (like those found at http://www.conrad.com/6-R1%2f8-straight-connection.htm?websale7=conrad-int&p%69=580576&ci=SHOP_AREA_17410_0203904). If using larger layer heights, printing two parts separately may be beneficial for quick manual screwing. Replace old clamps with the new ones and insert 6mm external diameter PTFE tubing cut to the desired length. The tube can easily be unplugged by retaining the moving ring while pulling on the PTFE. If you require a small piece of tubing, I offer it for sale in my emakershop listing (http://www.emakershop.com/listing?l=196).
