I designed a bowden adapter specifically for Greg's Wade Extruder. The goal was to eliminate the need for push-fit connectors and to enable direct passage of PTFE tube through the extruder block, all the way to the hobbed bolt. I am currently using this design with my home-brew delta printer. It is configured for 1.75mm filament and a 4mm OD PTFE tube, but could be easily modified for other sizes. Some parts of the design are bridged, so printing with support enabled is advisable. More information is available at http://yetanotherpointlesstechblog.blogspot.com.
