Summary This bowden adapter relies solely on printed components to function. It enables the connection of a 6x4 flexible PTFE tube (3mm filament) to a Wade extruder in place of pneumatic fittings. While pneumatic fittings work flawlessly, I aimed to design an adapter that allows for passage through it, if necessary, and provides direct access to the space below the drive gear of the extruder. All parts were printed using ABS, with the clamp fabricated from flexPLA as well. Although FlexPLA (the red component) produces superior results, ABS remains a viable alternative if FlexPLA is not available.
