This week's 3D prop is a stunning bow that exceeded our expectations with its intricate details. We were blown away by how much craftsmanship went into creating such an authentic piece, which inspired us to push the boundaries of life-size 3D printing this season. The challenging part was scanning the bow due to its delicate and massive design, but we successfully captured every nuance of the leather texture that adds depth to our digital model. To give it a final touch, we wrapped the bow with supple leather straps, carefully selecting different grades to match the prop's original appearance from set. The bow is meticulously printed in eight separate parts before being expertly assembled and painted, ensuring a flawless finish. Various levels of leather are then applied to recreate the exact look and feel of the prop.
