Bow Vice
thingiverse
This is a specialized tool designed specifically for archers to use when servicing their bows. It's intended to securely hold the bow in place while adjustments and repairs are made. To assemble this bow vice, you'll need the following components: 1 piece of 8 x 75 mm bolt 1 piece of 8 mm nut 2 pieces of 8 mm washer 1 piece of 5 x 40 mm bolt 1 piece of 5 mm nut 1 piece of 10 x 40 mm screw 4 pieces of 8 x 30 mm bolts 1 piece of 5/16 -24 connection bolt for the stabilizer, measuring 2 inches in length Additionally, you'll require 4 pieces of 8 x 40 mm screws. It's worth noting that I've set this print at 20% infill density. This results in a slightly softer bow vice that may bend when subjected to the weight of a connected bow. Increasing the infill density will produce a sturdier and more precise tool. Print Settings: Printer: Afinitybot A9 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Enabled Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 20%
