Printable bow thruster for DGzRS rescue model boat. Designed specifically for Bernhard Gruben DGzRS rescue boat, it will also fit a Graupner kit. The bow thruster is made using actual photos of Bernhard Gruben's ship to model the design as accurately as possible. This printable part was designed for 3D printing and can be assembled into two different versions: - Working propeller with bevel gears - Side blade prop Dimensions are: Inner diameter 33mm Maximum width 100mm Minimum width 62mm Four-blade propeller The scale is 1:20, suitable for DGzRS 23.1m class boats. Three sailors, Theo Fischer, Hermann Rudolf Meyer and Hans Hackmack, supported this model by providing their MMSI numbers for verification: Theo Fischer (1997) - 211235220 Hermann Rudolf Meyer (1996) - 211235180 Hans Hackmack (1996) - 211235200 The printing details are: - ABS material - Layer thickness 0.1mm - No support or brim - Recommend 20% cooling from layer 4 upwards For assembly, plastic glue for the plastic parts and metal glue for the metal-ABS combination are necessary (e.g., Revell Contacta and UHU Plus).
