Accidentally, I discovered this method while printing the attached STL file. To create the desired result, adjust your z-home position slightly higher than usual to avoid squishing the filament on the initial layer. After printing the STL, pause the process post the first layer. Subsequently, remove the flower from the build platform by grasping its outline tail, peeling it away gently.
