Bouncy Ball Flex TPU
thingiverse
My youngster was eager to get his hands on a bouncy ball, so he sat down to read his book for two hours straight while watching the printer do its magic! The finished product measures 25mm in diameter and boasts an impressive 20% infill. I printed it in two halves, face down, without any supports at all - just glue them together with Loctite Super Glue Ultra Gel control and you're good to go! If you're interested in printing with TPU, be sure to check out my TPU test cube for a config file that's sure to make the process a breeze. And don't worry about supports; they're completely unnecessary when it comes to this particular project.
