Daniel Pett's photogrammetry scan of the Boulle cabinet was captured through photos, which were then expertly processed by Steve Colmer at Soluis Heritage in Reality Capture. Unfortunately, this approach didn't quite yield the desired results due to issues with shine and materials. An Artec scan is now planned to see how that technology fares.
