<p>I got tired of the better half's sanitized happy-go-lucky home decor that said things like “live laugh love” and mugs that had just one word like “coffee.” printed on them in a fancy font, so I made a coaster that was more to my liking. :)</p><h3><strong>Print</strong></h3><ul><li>No supports</li><li>Printed with COEX Black PLA for the graphics and Gizmodorks Wood PLA for the rest of the coaster</li><li>0.3mm layer height</li><li>0.4mm nozzle</li></ul><h3><strong>Instructions</strong></h3><ol><li>Download both the <strong>bougie_coaster_inlay.stl</strong> and <strong>bougie_coaster_outer.stl </strong>files</li><li>Place the models in your slicer with the top side down (so the words touch the plate)</li><li>Align the models so the graphics of <strong>bougie_coaster_inlay.stl</strong> fits within the recessed design of the <strong>bougie_coaster_outer.stl </strong>file</li><li>Enable a purge tower in your slicer and preview the GCODE to ensure a filament/tool swap is present</li><li>Export the GCODE</li><li>Print the model<ul><li>If using a single extruder printer<ol><li>Open the exported GCODE file with your favorite text editor</li><li>Modify the tool change code to pause the print using the M0 command</li><li>Start the print</li><li>When your printer pauses, swap your filament</li><li>Resume the print</li></ol></li><li>If using a multi material printer<ol><li>Print the model per your slicer's settings</li></ol></li></ul></li><li>If printing the outer coaster in wood PLA, brush on a stain in your favorite color</li></ol>
