Bouclier Captain America - Accessory for hand from e-Nable

thingiverse

I started with an existing model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1507675) and adapted it to allow dressing a e-Nable hand in two ways: either by using the star or by replacing the star with the initial letter of the child's name who wants to personalize their prosthesis. The assembly is done by stacking the three main parts of the shield (red, white, blue). I printed the blue shield part in double extrusion, but it can be overlapped by gluing it either: by reducing the Z-axis of the star or letter (1.3mm) or by cutting the star or letter in two on the Z-axis. In the "letter_3D_printable.3mf" file, you will find all the letters of the alphabet normally dimensioned to be merged with the blue shield. After stacking and gluing the parts together, the thermoforming technique (hot water for my part) allows applying the shield to the prosthesis.
