It's a real bummer that you have to shell out for an entire watch band just because one tiny component breaks. In my case, it's always this little piece that lets me down! I used TPU or other soft filament (TPU98A Neofil3D Noir was my choice) to print this accessory. The 22mm interior size is a bit too small for the Xiaomi Stratos - 22.2 is a better fit. With a pin inside to block the free loop, you'll never have to worry about it coming undone on your wrist. I printed with 30% fill to get the perfect balance of strength and flexibility. When printing TPU, it's best to use a low speed (30mm/s) and high temperature (210° or more) for the best results. If you need a smaller size, I also have a 20mm model available.
