<p>This part is a replacement for the original Prusa RC3 Bottom Reinforcement. It prints much faster and is compatible with many different sheet thicknesses (tested with up to 0.8mm).</p> <p>We printed this version a few thousand times already in our <a href="https://www.makervsvirus.org/">Maker vs. Virus</a> group. We call it <code>Kleiderbügel</code> in German (translates to <code>coat hanger</code>).</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>This piece prints without infill. Use a high number of perimeters to ensure the part prints without a gap in the center. It needs to be completely solid for good strength! You can increase the perimeter width to get away with less perimeters.</p> <p>Look into this <a href="https://github.com/yschroeder/face-shield/blob/master/README.md">README</a> for additional details on how to print this very fast.</p>
