BottleStand for paint bottles ; army painter , vallejo etc
thingiverse
My first-ever design in Fusion360 comes to life. Crafted with precision by my trusty Prusai3 MK3 3D printer, this masterpiece takes shape. Bottlestand for paint bottles of 2.5cm diameter - a standard size that fits perfectly for army painter and Vallejo bottles alike. Designed to hold an impressive 54 bottles at once, providing easy access and a clear view of each bottle. For a seamless print experience, simply apply a raft of +/- 4mm to the pins, while all other parts can be printed without rafts or supports. The original print was done on Prusai3 MK3 with standard PLA 0.20mm profile at 210/50C, using Prusa White PLA filament. To slice and print this design, I used a straightforward approach: * Tray: 18 units * Side: 1 unit + mirrored Side: 1 unit * Mid: 1 unit * Pins: 16 units (48 pins in total, arranged in rows of 3) With the parts printed, it's time to assemble them. Simply pin and glue everything together using plastic glue or super glue. The result is a bottlestand that can hold 54 bottles of 2.5cm diameter. The assembled dimensions are 33cm wide, 21cm deep, and 8cm high.
