This is my attempt at creating a functional bottle cap, though it's not completely waterproof without adding a rubber seal. I quickly tested it using high-grade paper and was pleased to find that it performed well under water pressure. The problem lies in the hardness of the PLA material, which makes it difficult to achieve a tight seal. Fortunately, this design also works on glass bottles. I created this prototype as part of my larger project, where I'm working on more complex designs. I've included the CAD .prt file for anyone who may need it - I struggled to find one online and thought it would be helpful to share. Now, let's see what you can do with this design!
