Bottle to Lanyard adapter

I needed a bottle holder that would securely fit my dress without pockets, perfect for walking the dog. A bottle with a 26mm neck is ideal, as long as it has at least 4mm of clearance to prevent it from falling out. I use a 0.5L bottle and so far, it hasn't slipped once when in use.
