You have to measure the distance of your ischium in the hip bone (ITD intertuberous distance) - easiest to do is put corrugated cardboard on a table ⇒ sit on it while grasp the table and press you down to increase indention.  Now circle the flat areas and mark the center ↦ measure distance (guide).  This step is important to become a comfortable seat (i know it might not look like it).The bottles need to be filled at least a little with fizzing as the pressure of CO₂ increase the stability greatly.  I am using 0.5ℓ bottles (∅ 60mm) - so you can carry 1ℓ in total.
