Bottle rocket launcher

This is a high-powered rocket launcher designed for use with a Gardena bottle cap. I sourced this particular design from the Thingiverse website, specifically from this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:148310. This project requires a few additional components, including a retaining clip made from 2mm wire, a car tire pump, and a mounting board. Post-Printing Assembly I took some extra steps to ensure my rocket launcher was ready for action. I ran a drill through the clip holes to make them perfectly round, which made it easy to remove the retaining clip. The mounting block was then attached to a sheet of MDF that I had lying around. To prevent the board from moving when the clip was pulled out with a string, I drilled four holes near the corners and added pegs for stability. The pump is securely fastened to the lug on the side of the launcher, as it needs to remain attached during use due to the lack of a valve at the base. The Gardena connector is inserted into the top of the launcher, and the retaining clip is pushed through two small holes to hold it in place. To improve air-tightness and lubricate the connector, I applied some Vaseline. Here's an early test assembly showing the connector, pump, and clip in place. I also added fins to the bottle using this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2139616.
