I needed a spout for a standard 5-liter bottle from the store, just like they do for the cleaning solution in Russia at least. The inner diameter of the neck is 33mm. My spout wouldn't stay on the bottle, it was made to be wrapped with tape and adjusted to fit the bottle's neck, and it fits tighter with the tape. There's a channel inside for air so the water flows more smoothly.
