Material: PETG</p><p>2. Parts:</p><p>The frame and the ring plate need partial supports, but it is easy to print. For the frame I recommend to print the part upright. The ring plate and the support plate should be printed with the huge surface on the print-bed.</p><p>Support plate with image</p><ul><li>Place the support plate and the image to an area of the print bed where no reference point is checked before printing.&nbsp;</li><li>Print in two steps. First step is to image with a layer height of 0,4mm (2x0,2mm) with e.g. color white. In a second step print the rest with a color of e.g. black.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>Part list</strong></h4><p>Printed parts (see .stl)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>Assembly instruction</strong></h4><ol><li>Remove supports and deburr sharp edges if required.</li><li>Add support plate to the frame and press swivel-joint from both sides through the holes.</li><li>Check if position of support plate in working position is close to 90°. If not, remove rest of support from frame.</li><li>Add ring plate in horizontal position to linear guide.</li><li>Add a bottle to check the function of the bottle holder.</li><li>Remove bottle and fold the support plate in vertical position into the frame.</li><li>Add ring plate to linear guide by gently pushing the support plate against the flat springs.</li><li>If functional test is fine, mount the bottle holder by using fixing holes.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong> The bottle holder is not checked against legal safety rules.
