Bottle holder for squared timber / square tubing
prusaprinters

I needed a bottle holder for my excavator to survive the summer heat (stay hydrated, folks!). Maybe you find this piece handy, too?!

Just print it and mount it to a squared timber or square tubing with zip ties and you're good to go!

You can use it for round vessels with a maximum diameter of 8,60 cm (about 3,38'').

If you like my work, please take a look at my other designs.

Print instructions

Print in ASA or ABS if you plan using it outdoors and in sunny, warm places.

With a 0.4mm nozzle and 0,45mm perimeters width, the perimeters should align perfectly. Three or four perimeters should be enough to even hold the heaviest bottle in tough conditions (a rocking and shaking excavator, e.g.)

For the bracket part, you should use 20% infill or more to give it rigidity.

Don't forget to enable the detection of bridging perimeters to have clean ziptie' through-holes.
