I recently purchased the Kinkajou bottle cutting kit and encountered a problem with the rubber wraps that come included, which often interfere with turning smaller bottles. I created a simple clip to keep the excess wrap length out of the way while turning the bottle. This solution is especially helpful when working with smaller bottles.
