Consisting of five plastic parts including one silicone rubber sealing, this is a straightforward »Bottle Closure« design. Only five distinct components are necessary for its construction, with the action lever half being identical to the original. The locking mechanism operates on an "Over-Centre Lock" principle. According to the prototype, materials include ABS for the action lever, action bolt, and bottle cover, as well as POM for the washer. Sealing is made of silicone rubber. This model closely resembles the original product, with matching nominal dimensions for lever bolts and lever holes. The open state model is available in STEP (.stp) and PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 (.asm) formats.
