Bottle Clip for Belts

Bottle Clip for Belts

I wanted a way to Carry a bottle without a bag and without annoying me while Carrying it. So I designed this Clip for 0.5L Bottles from the Coca-Cola Company. I went with their Bottles because they can be bought anywhere, even at Conventions. This makes it easy to get a new one, and their size is consistent here in Germany. This Design should work with most Belts/Pants out there. I split the part for the Belt so that the loop of the Pants sits in between. Also, I recessed the middle to make room for the loop between the Belt and the Object itself (a little improvement from my previous Design). With the Clip held in Place by the loop, the Bottle should not Slide on the Belt. However, feel free to ignore this Feature. That's it with my instructions. I also added Pictures that show the usage really well. Update: I noticed that my Material got softer and more Bendable over Time, so I've made a second version with a slightly longer Clip. This way, more Force is needed to get the Bottle out. Maybe it is necessary with the second version to file the Tips down to get it to function. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa Mendel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I designed it to be Printed without any Support. However, the Material is pretty important. It needs to be strong and a little bit flexible to allow the Bottle to be Clipped in. I Printed mine with 910 Alloy from Taulman3D (http://taulman3d.com/alloy-910-spec.html). Every other Material should be possible too, but keep in mind that it has to carry the weight of the Bottle and resist the Forces with which the Bottle is Pulled out/Pushed in.
