Print your own customized bottle brush with ease - some assembly is required, but the end result will be worth it! Tired of searching for a specific size bottle brush that's hard to find? Now you can create one with your printer and make it exactly how you want it. Simply print out layers and assemble them onto your handle, which can be made from a bamboo skewer if desired. You can also print a custom central post that includes a key setting for spacing adjacent bristle layers evenly. I've included many parameters to adjust the stiffness of the bristles and spacing to suit your needs. If you don't want to print the center part, no worries - just stick the brush parts onto a bamboo skewer like I did. To get started, make sure your bed is level and handle with care when removing the parts, especially those with thin bristles. For flexible, thin bristles, choose a bristle width of 2 times your nozzle size and set the first layer height increase to 1. To create stiffer bristles, increase these values accordingly. If you're making a staggered bristle brush, use the key setting under central post. On the bristle parts, notice the notches made in the center support that correspond to the part number - the first part has one notch, the second part has two, and so on. I took it up a notch by printing my layers in different colors to keep them organized and easy to assemble.
