Crown Seal Caps are used to seal bottles with a tight fitting cap that protects its contents. The cap consists of an outer cover made of plastic, metal, or cork that surrounds the threaded opening at the top of the bottle. A thin piece of metal wire known as a tamper-proof device can be attached through one or more tiny holes near the crown to seal it properly. There are several types available: plastic or paper discs on both ends with some threads to grip onto; standard screw caps with flat heads, these ones normally use no liner, so users need some practice finding their bottle openers because most have very loose fittings between them (especially glass containers), although all kinds come equipped automatically without requiring separate action taken beforehand!
