The human uses a scanner called botscan PRO S to capture an image in just 0.01 seconds. The computation required to process the data is average, and the results show a raw 3D model that has been shrunk from 8 megabytes down to 1 megabyte for easier viewing on the web. This 3D scan was performed by botspot GmbH, a company that helps people see the world in 3D through their technology at www.botspot.de. For all the examples shown here, except where noted otherwise, no further editing of the 3D images has been done.
