Unable to locate a standalone gear/motor kit for Makerbot Botmobile (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13827), I decided to print the required 2 gears from its blueprint. All credits go to Makerbot's design team. Printing these gears necessitates external supports and the following settings: Infill 100%, Layer Height 0.2mm, Number of shells 1, Feedrate 80 mm/s, Travel Feedrate 120 mm/s. To prevent printing issues due to high infill percentage, I increased filament diameter by +0.03mm in Print-O-Matic. Though unassembled, the gears appear compatible. Further updates are imminent! :-)
