Botanically Correct Mistletoe
pinshape
I created this design on Tinkercad, where you can modify it to suit your needs. It was then printed using NinjaFlex, but I'm curious to see how it will perform with other filaments. If you try it out, please let me know. As it turns out, my original Modern Mistletoe is actually a holly leaf, not mistletoe at all! You can learn more about the difference at botanicalaccuracy.com/2014/12/kissing-under-mistletoe-or-is-it-holly.html. To keep the leaves and berries evenly spaced when hanging, I added a connector. The leaves are inserted through the outer holes, while the three berries pass through the same central hole. If you're using a stiffer filament, you might be able to push them into small pieces of Styrofoam instead of using the connector. I also printed another one in SemiFlex, and the only noticeable difference is that it fits more snugly in the connector. Wishing you a festive holiday season - may your luck under the mistletoe be legendary!
