Boston Power Battery Cell Holders

Since I couldn't buy any reasonably priced holders to make my 16p7s battery pack I decided to design my own. This holder works with both Boston Power Sonata or Swing cells. I designed the holders to be clamped together with one M3x60mm hex socket screws and lock nuts. If I could go back I would have used M3x70mm screws to make the holders thinner. I've included the Fusion 360 file if you wish to adjust the size to fit your needs. File Info: "Boston Power Holder v15 - Slightly tighter slots.stl" has tighter slots if you want a very tight fit The slots were too tight in V15 for my printer so I made and printed "Boston Power Holder v16"
