Bose TP-1A Replacement Parts

Replacement parts for Bose TP-1A headphones. Originally, I printed the part designed by spabbarter to replace what broke on my headphones. Then, the band sliders also broke, so I decided to remix the earpiece hinges to fit a little better and added some parts to make everything go together perfectly with a bit of slop in the parts so they're not super tight when you put them together without part finishing. My printer's dimensional accuracy isn't great, but I included the files I made in 123D while working on this so that if you need it, you can try and tweak the details to make things fit better or change screw sizes. Speaking of which, the screw sizes I used are maybe 1mm diameter shafts that are 4mm long, and a 2mm diameter head. I don't know; I had some spare screws left over from a Syma X5C quadcopter and used those. The screws for the headband cushion retainers are sized for the original screws though since I still had them on hand. Print vertically with support for best results? I think the cushion clips need to be tilted about 4 or 5 degrees to sit vertically. I guess I'll add more information if I forgot anything.
