I repair my headphone wire by creating a new case for the whole connector after it started coming apart from the jack plug itself due to a cut in the sheath. I design the pieces to print and stick them together around the original jack, effectively fixing the issue. The design consists of two parts that fit snugly around the jack, providing a secure connection. To replicate this model, simply download the files and start printing.
