Bose Build Cube Speaker Echo Dot Holder
thingiverse
Feel free to contribute to my work by tipping and providing coffee for those late nights! This design was created to minimize printing requirements, allowing you to attach either the Echo Dot 2nd Generation or 3rd Generation (separate files for each) on top of the Bose Build Cube. Simply print the piece, unclip the top side of the Bose Build Cube, and clip this printed piece into place. Once done, connect the aux out from the Echo to the Bose and keep the Bose powered on to enjoy a fully functional Bose-enabled Alexa device. Note that for 3rd Generation users, please be aware that I haven't tested it yet, so proceed with caution. Additionally, keep in mind that using the Echo's built-in speakers is unnecessary since sound will be muffled when using the holder. The purpose of this mount is to plug directly into the Bose sound build to access aux from Echo to Bose or Bluetooth from Echo to Bose if desired. To enhance aesthetics and protect the speaker, I added grey speaker cloth to the front for a cleaner look.
