Bose AE2 Headphone Hard Case
thingiverse
Excited to share my first Thingiverse upload! Due to a delayed MakerBot arrival, I haven't created it yet. To ensure proper headphone fit, I printed a 1:1 ratio diagram of the slot. The case and cover are too large for a single MakerBot print; thus, I will split them post-arrival. For now, files are available for those with larger printers or DIY splitting/gluing. Designs were done in Autodesk Inventor, and I'm open to sharing additional files upon request. My creation is a work in progress, and I'd love feedback from fellow printers! I also added the MakerBot logo on the front. Stay tuned for an update on split case and cover parts. However, due to time and schoolwork constraints, the part may remain incomplete. All components are 3D printed and require super glue. When assembling the split cover and case, use super glue but be cautious not to let it seep through to the cover for proper rotation. A recent update advises that when gluing split parts together, ensure they're placed on a flat surface to maintain evenness.
