Bose 700 Headphones Bumper (Fix clicking noise) 2
thingiverse
Important: You need to print three wings! (The file only includes one.) General info: After a long process of swapping out my Bose 700 headphones for replacement units, I discovered that the main problem was a clicking/ticking sound while walking or scratching my head. This sound could be easily heard through the noise-cancellation feature, even at level 10. The solution involves printing a part on an MSLA/SLA machine. Feel free to modify the design to fit your own headphones. Note: You need really thin PTFE heat-shrink tubing for the bumper to fit between the earcups' gap. In my video, I showed how to make the bumper but it didn't fit because I didn't have the right tubing. You can still fix this issue without returning your headphones.
