Boscoyo strip mount for 12-pointed star

This modification adds 24 attachment points for Boscoyo strips to the base of the 12-pointed star. The initial concept was to affix this to a Tomato cage, but that plan failed - the Tomato cage buckled under the strain of the strips. Consequently, it's likely that this will be reconfigured to include a PVC pipe fitting at the top instead.
